No matter which grill they use, whether charcoal, electric or gas grill with our spices tastes it. You're probably wondering, which grill should I buy? Yes, the offer is huge. It depends on whether you have a garden, in a rental apartment with balcony or an apartment with terrace. If they live in an apartment, they can't use a charcoal grill, but that's not that bad either. Electric grills are also very good and if they season your grilled goods well, this tastes great. But they also have the choice of torment when it is done with charcoal grills and electric grills. There are so many different ones on the market.
There are three different grilling methods to prepare them with your grill to eat. First there is the direct grilling over the heat, then the indirect grilling on the side and the smoke.

This method is suitable for any type of meat, vegetables, fish and seafood.
When grilling indirectly, grill next to the heat source by having the heat source only on one side of the grill. In addition, close the lid to use all the heat. So you grill gently and slowly. It is suitable for foil potatoes or whole roasts.
When you smoke, you smoke your food. It is usually smoked over a low heat. You can use a simple charcoal grill by upgrading it with Smoker accessories.
Spices, herbs and spice mixtures are very important for grilling, they don't want to eat bland steak, vegetables or chicken. With you they produce marinades, pickling or glazes. For a marinade, you need some liquid from acid and fat. Citrus fruits, wine, vinegar and oils are suitable for this purpose. They then add aroma through herbs and spices. Such a mixture makes the grilled meat tender and tasty. Solid meat should be marinated at least overnight, if possible even 24 hrs. In the case of fish, they should only marinate briefly (15-30 min) or the fish could otherwise disintegrate.
For pickling you need spices, herbs, salt and sugar. When making your pickle, you think of all four flavours: bitter, sweet, salty and sour. The pickling is then rubbed dry into your grilled goods and thus permeates your meat with the aroma of your personal spice mixture. As you can see, it makes a lot of sense to have salt and sugar in spice mixtures. It is not a lack of quality as some retailers always want to make you white.
